We all know that doing exercise is good for our health, but what sports in particular are best for our health ? ….The following list of sports have a low risk for injury and a high payoff in physical and mental health.

SWIMMING FOR LOW IMPACT EXERCISE

Swimming: – ..Swimming is an absolutely awesome sport for your heart. It is also a low-stress activity and great for burning calories. Best of all, you can swim at any time of year at an indoor pool.

TENNIS

SQUASH

Gymnastics: is beneficial for improving concentration and mental focus. Gymnastics is great for adults mental stimulation and allows children the chance to think for themselves, to stimulate their imaginations and to solve problems safely.
