Feel/Look Good.

WE ALL WANT TO FEEL AND LOOK GOOD, IT GIVES US A FEELING OF SELF-WORTH, IT BUILDS UP OUR CONFIDENCE AND SELF-ESTEEM… ONE WAY IS TO LOOK AFTER OUR SKIN AND FOR THE LADIES, WE LIKE TO BUY MAKE-UP AND MOISTURIZING CREAMS, EXFOLIATE OUR SKIN AND TAKE GOOD CARE OF BODIES. BUT THERE IS SOMETHING MORE, WE NEED TO DO..

feel good

All of these are important if you want to want to look and feel good about yourself. But beauty starts with good health. Hair. Our hair is one of the first things that people notice about us. It’s, therefore, important that you look after it. Shampoo and condition regularly, using products that suit your hair type. Treat yourself to a conditioning treatment every so often.

Accept yourself. You are who you are. You may change that soon, but at this very moment you’re that version of yourself. And before you accept it, you won’t be able to make any progress. Don’t let others put you down. People will try to discourage you, talk you out of something you’re up to, tell you you’re crazy to think in a certain way, etc. Focus on your positive qualities. Everyone has good and bad sides. They are who you are, true. But the best you can do to boost your self-esteem is to pay attention to the good ones. Give yourself compliments. Instead of waiting for others to do that, why don’t you start now.

Throw away your conventional, media-defined ideals of beauty. You’re not going to change society’s definition of beauty, but you can change your own. Don’t focus on the beauty you see in ads but, instead, to the beauty you see in the real-life people you admire. Define yourself in ways other than how you look. Make your self-esteem contingent on your inner, not outer qualities. Focus on what you like about your abilities, personality, relationships, and perspective on the world. Don’t freak out when you feel you “look bad.” Anxiety and stress can take an actual toll on your face, and you’ll be more likely to display the outer signs that truly detract from a pleasant appearance. On a smile.

feeling great

When you dress better, you feel better about yourself. As a natural consequence of feeling better, you project this positive feeling outward to other people. Essentially you… This leads people that you encounter to think “Well, she/he certainly acts like a good-looking woman/guy, so they must be.” So being treated this way by others affirms your own positive feelings.
